Liberals have a huge influence on entertainers, which made it quite difficult for Trump to get them perform at his inauguration. Most of them are petrified by the fact that their career may be at risk. Well, Marie Osmond, of the popular Donny and Marie duo, announced that unlike other celebrities, she’s accept the invitation to perform if Trump asks her to.
The mighty duo performed at Ronald Reagan’s inauguration in 1981, and Marie revealed that she’d be honored to perform again.
“I think when it comes to our country we need to unite,” Marie said in an interview for Yahoo Finance. “I think we should all support our president whether we’re happy or sad. This is America.”
“We should come together and I think an Inauguration should be a time to unite, it really should,” Marie said.
The list of performers is enriched with Jackie Evancho, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the Rockettes, and the Talladega Marching Tornadoes.
Remember how Obama got Beyoncé, Aretha Franklin, U2 and Bruce Springsteen sing at his inauguration? Guessing why?
What do you think about Marie’s statement? Will the liberals still pressure entertainers?
