BREAKING: “Sanctuary City” Mayors Are Going to PRISON – Do You Support?

Finally, there is proof justice is not dead in America! Elected officials should NOT get a pass when they break the law and endanger all of our lives in the process!

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is taking a strong stand in his pledge to support President Trump’s enforcement of illegal immigration laws. The “real penalties” Abbott is ready to levy against sanctuary cities include sending their mayors, and other supporting public officials, straight to jail!

A bill passed by the Texas Senate allows Abbott to not only strip state funds from sanctuary cities, but he can also fully prosecute public officials. The Lone Star State governor fully expects the legislation to become an enforceable law in the next few months.

“If you have a public official, including a sheriff, who continues to adopt sanctuary city policies after this ban goes into place, they could be criminally prosecuted and themselves wind up in jail. The place they are releasing dangerous criminals from,” Governor Abbott said during an interview with Fox News.

“This is dangerous, and I will not allow it,” Governor Abbott said when urging Congress to pass the funding necessary to properly police illegal immigration cases. The Texan fully supports the intense crackdown on illegal immigration put forth by President Trump.

Barack Obama not only allowed sanctuary jurisdictions to exist, but he also applauded their efforts to shield illegal immigrants. Every public official who refuses to aid federal agents ridding our country of illegal criminals is guilty of dereliction of duty at the very least.

The parents and loved ones of victims killed by illegal immigrants cheer Trump and Abbott’s efforts. Many of them have launched civil lawsuits against mayors and other officials who allowed their sanctuary city policies to take precedence over the safety of their communities and the lives of their constituents.

Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez might be the first Texas law enforcement official to suddenly wind up behind bars. Hernandez has been one of the most outspoken critics of Abbott and Trump’s plan to shut down sanctuary cities and sanctuary counties in the United States.

Sheriff Hernandez vowed to continue on with her refusal to cooperate with federal agents in deportation cases. She has released about 50 criminal illegal aliens from her jail already this month.

She is the sheriff of the most liberal region of Texas — Austin. The only recently elected sheriff tried to defend her indefensible decision to defy the law by stating she will not “allow fear and misinformation” to guide her decision on how to deal with criminal illegal immigrants.

One of the despicable criminals had been arrested for sexually assaulting a child! What kind of liberal monster intentionally releases a child molester instead of turning him over to federal agents to deport him out of this country?

Any child that an illegal alien harms will be traumatized for life. The emotional turmoil and physical pain inflicted at this man’s hands on any child will be at least partially Sheriff Hernandez’s fault!

Theres nothing new about interpreting law the way you want, especially if you have some type of legal authority its still not legsl and this imposes a penality for those that think their little kingdom is above the law.
personally, if I was an elected sheriff, and released a felon who then murdered a citizen, I would be watching my back constantly. And deservedly.

Who does Sheriff Sally Hernandez think she is? She should be prosecuted for dereliction of duty by not enforcing the laws of the land she was sworn to protect. How did this woman ever get elected in the first place. Time in jail is what she needs. God help us!

That sheriff should not have been elected she took an oath when sworn into office to up hold the law state county and federal even if it doesn’t go along with her belief. By releasing any person that has been jailed with out due process she has broken the laws, she should be relieved on duty and prosecuted. That’s the law! Nobody is above the laws of the land, nobody!

A law breaker is a law breaker. Today’s news story is regarding an illegal alien charged in kidnapping a girl in Connecticut. He was caught after crashing his car following a high speed chase in Pennsylvania. Of note is the mother of this girl was found stabbed to death and another woman was also critically stabbed. The highlight of all this is that this man had ALREADY been deported once and crossed the border again. Explain why .

Leave it to Austin to support this kind of malfeasance. She should be put on notice that if any of these newly released should be a personal and county liability with monetary and incarceration penalties attached.

I think anyone breaking federal laws should go to prison. Ergo, I totally agree. We have to show some tough love for this country, and get us back on the right track or we will just keep circling the drain. Go get them President Trump!
