JUST IN: ACLJ Drops MASSIVE Lawsuit On Obama’s DOJ For COVERUP Of Bill Clinton & Loretta Lynch’s Secret Plane Meeting

The Attorney General is the top law enforcement officer of the United States, head of the Department of Justice.

The position has been filled with a patriot who signed the Declaration of Independence, future justices of the Supreme Court, the younger brother of the appointing president, and dedicated public servants.

President Obama has had two Attorney Generals serve in his administration – Eric Holder, the first black Attorney General, is the only cabinet member in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress and the first AG to be held in both civil and criminal contempt.

Despite a bipartisan vote, Obama claimed executive privilege and did not prosecute the contempt charge and Holder remains under that cloud to this day.

Now Holder’s successor in the Obama administration, Loretta Lynch, the first black woman AG, is facing a lawsuit filed in federal court demanding answers about her secret meeting with Bill Clinton in her private plane, parked on an airport tarmac just days before his wife, the target of a FBI investigation, was interviewed.

This clip is a little refresher on the secret meeting:

The American Center for Law and Justice filed the suit after Freedom of Information Act requests submitted to the DOJ and the FBI were not fulfilled.

The FBI claimed “no records responsive to your request were located.”

The DOJ did not respond at all.

Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ, says the suit – although a final recourse, was made necessary, because, “This Administration has gone out of its way to hide information from the American public – information that is extremely troubling.”

Specifically, the suit is now demanding what the FOIA requested – any messages that Lynch and her staff exchanged about the “rendezvous,” the names of anyone at DOJ who knew of or communicated about the meeting and any discussions that took place about dealing with the press after the meeting was exposed.

That clandestine get-together with former president Bill Clinton occurred just days before his wife, former Sec. of State and current Democrat candidate for the presidency, was interviewed by the FBI about her use of an unauthorized, secret email server to conduct both official business at State and email for the Clinton family foundation.

Three days later, FBI Director James Comey announced that, although Clinton was “extremely reckless” with classified documents, he would not recommend that the DOJ proceed with charges against her under several applicable federal statutes.

The private meeting lasted approximately 40 minutes while FBI security stood on the tarmac and, according to eyewitness reports, kept the area free from prying eyes – or camera phones.

After a local Phoenix reporter exposed the meeting, Lynch said the two only discussed their grandchildren and golf, later acknowledging meeting with the husband of the target of an ongoing investigation created the appearance of impropriety, and although stopping short of recusing herself, vowed to follow the recommendation of the FBI.

Lynch claimed the meeting was social and the two discussed grandchildren, their travels, and golf, but only days later James Comey announced the FBI would not be recommending criminal charges against the former secretary of state over her email scandal.

Sekulow said, “The stakes are high. The American people deserve a Justice Department with integrity.”

Maybe under a new president, the American people will have that Justice Department.

This is great news. Obama’s attempts to shield Hillary’s crimes are finally being called out. SHARE this on Facebook if you think Obama and the DOJ are guilty as charged.
