LaVar Ball: I Would Have Thanked Trump If He Flew Son, Teammates on Air Force One

In an extraordinary interview Monday with CNN’s Chris Cuomo on “CNN Tonight,” Lavar Ball, father of UCLA Basketball’s LiAngelo Ball, explained that President Donald Trump would have gotten a “thank you” from him had he flown his son and the other two detained players home from China.

The players were being held in China for shoplifting while in the country for a basketball game.

Saturday, LaVar Ball refused to acknowledge Trump’s role in getting the three players home, to which Trump responded by saying he should have left the basketball players in jail.

Cuomo pressed Ball to thank Trump, but Ball said he would only thank the president had he let the trio come home with him on his plane.

“I would have said thank you if he put him on his plane and took him home,” the elder Ball told Cuomo. “Then I would have said thank you, Mr. Trump, for taking my boys out of China and bringing them back to the U.S. There’s a lot of room on that plane. I would have said thank you kindly for that.”

Incredible. The Chinese don’t mess around. There were looking at 10 years or more. I hope they learned their lesson, but it sounds like at least this one get it from their father.

This is one of the few times where I would use the N Word in describing the comments made by one of the fathers of the 3 Negro UCLA Basketball team players who were caught Shoplifting in China and were saved from rotting in a Chinese prison for 10 years after Our Great POTUS Donald J. Trump saved their black asses the Hard Labor they deserved. Being Politically Correct in America is totally destroying the America I grew up in. The Socialist Progressive Liberal Snowflakes use Political Correctness as their Battle Cry. Political Correctness has made the Millennial Generation a “Pussy Generation” in my view. They should all be drafted into the US Army Infantry and sent to Syria or Afghanistan to cull these Socialist POS Fake Americans idiots Once and for ALL TIME.

Your comment was 100% spot on and it is good to know that there are folks that actually do share the same feelings. Again, awesome.

Funny thing: the passports could be revoked from each of the 3 theives. Wouldn’t that be justified? They should loose their scholarships and any right to advance in the sport of basketball.
They have proved that they are untrustworthy as Americans. They have proved that they have BLACK PRIVILEGE by saying that this stealing is commonplace and should be ignored, and they have given their school a very bad name a very bad name as s place where thieves can go to get educated.
