Remember the little weasel Marco Rubio.
He got trounced when he ran for president against Trump — largely due to the fact that his Gang of 8 Immigration Bill wanted to create an amnesty program what would flood our country with millions of new Democratic voters.
I don’t know if it’s sour grapes that he lost the election or just typical John McCain-esque spineless Republican behavior, but Rubio totally threw Trump under the bus this past weekend on the Sunday edition of Meet the Press.
When asked about about Trump alleging that the Obama administration spied on his campaign, Rubio gave a very milque toast answer in defense of the President:
“Again, I think the term wiretap is thrown around very loosely and by a lot of people, so we have to understand exactly what they’re talking about. Suffice it to say I don’t have any basis — I’ve never heard that allegation made before by anybody. I’ve never seen anything about that anywhere before. But again, may — the president put that out there and now the White House will have to answer to exactly what [Trump] was referring to.”
Hey, Marco… how about having the back of the your president and the tens of millions of Americans that voted for him? How about referencing all of the evidence that Mark Levin laid out — the overwhelming evidence that Obama spied on Trump?
I know, I know… it’s too much to ask from the likes of you and Lindsey Graham and John McCain and Paul Ryan. So here’s the deal… get on board or resign… NOW! We don’t need your kind in Congress!
