The rioters won’t be making our streets dangerous or disrespecting the property of people and businesses after this. Law and order just returned to this state.
Arizona just redefined its racketeering laws, so that rioting is included among them. This means rioting has moved up from a class five felony to a class three felony, via The Hill.
The genius of this law is that it will really affect those who are being paid to protest. George Soros’s little minions won’t risk seizure of their property for a paycheck.
It will also allow for the prosecution of those who planned to participate in the riot but didn’t, stopping the liberal game where they shift the blame to just a few among them.
Liberals have already begun to criticize the bill, arguing it may get in the way of free speech. This is nonsense. No one who is breaking windows or plans to break windows should expect to be covered under the First Amendment.
The fact that many rioters do think the law will go easy on them is their own fault and that of former President Obama.
He set the standard with his weak response to liberal protesters in the past and has now further emboldened them by suggesting he expects no less, as the Angry Patriot has previously reported.
Donald Trump ran on the promise of restoring law and order to our nation, and the state of Arizona clearly agrees. Both Trump and politicians in Arizona understand that their job is to protect Americans from these criminals.
While the new law was still being debated, state Senator John Kavanagh said, “Wouldn’t you rather stop a riot before it starts?… Do you really want to wait until people are injuring each other, throwing Molotov cocktails, picking up barricades and smashing them through businesses in downtown Phoenix?’’
Those words should ring true for every American. We do not need to tolerate plots to disrupt our streets and spread chaos. Especially, we don’t need to tolerate whiny liberals from out-of-state ruining other people’s property for a paycheck. It’s bad enough to think your neighbors would act this way, but when the protesters don’t care about the state they are in… that’s just infuriating.
I say it’s time protesters realized the consequences for their actions, and this new legislation will do just that!
