BREAKING: Federal Judge EXPOSES ‘Stunning’ Obama Crimes – Should He Be Indicted?

It seems that now that Obama and his administration are out the door, things are hitting the fan for them, so to speak.

The Texas judge who oversees the Obama administration’s executive amnesty case has stated that the attorneys of the federal government gave the court false information in an “unethical” move that is “nothing short of stunning,” via Breitbart.

In May of last year, U.S. District Court Judge Andrew Hanen criticized the Department of Justice officials, stating their “conduct is certainly not worthy of any department whose name includes the word ‘Justice’.”

The DOJ tried to mislead the court in both writing and in verbal statements that were made in a court of law under oath.

The judge also stated, “Suffice it to say, the citizens of all fifty states, their counsel, the affected aliens, and the judiciary all deserve better.”

Hanen, like most Americans, believes that our Justice Department should represent the American people and not just those who do things that meet the interests of the department. The judge issued a memorandum that was a 28-page long opinion and order, and he also criticized the government officials in the department for giving the court false information.

At the time of the order, Hanen stated that the DOJ “has now admitted making statements that clearly did not match the facts. It has admitted that the lawyers who made these statements had knowledge of the truth when they made these misstatements.”

The DOJ claimed its lawyers “lost focus” and that the facts somehow got lost in their memory, but Hanen did not buy it. He knew that the lies happened on multiple occasions and began with the very first hearing. How can they forget that fast?

The lawyers had made claims about when they would begin the DAPA program and when they would adjust the DACA program. Under these programs, many were granted benefits. The government was supposed to report the names of all these people, along with their addresses.

Hanen stated that the government was being “intentionally deceptive.” He ordered then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch to come up with a plan “to prevent this unethical conduct from ever occurring again,” which I doubt she would have done because she’s as corrupt as the rest of them.

Some of the sanctions Hanen made against the DOJ have been withdrawn, but it’s clear the actions within the DOJ under Obama’s administration were shady, to say the least. This is exactly why the swamp needs to be drained.

“The DOJ’s behavior in this ongoing case, like the DAPA program itself, has been completely shameless, totally unethical, and against American principles of fairness. Although we praise Judge Hanen’s fulsome criticism of the outgoing Obama attorneys, we’re very disappointed he decided to withdraw sanctions against them,” stated Dale Wilcox, executive director of Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI). Obama and his administration need to be brought up on their crimes!
