It seems like every week there’s a new awards show where self-absorbed, knee-jerk liberal Hollywood actors got on stage and use their acceptance speech to go on an unhinged tirade about how scared they are about President Donald Trump and about how we need to do something about it.

The all-time worst was Meryl Streep, who hogged the spotlight from younger actors by going off on Trump. The displeasure on Vince Vaughn’s and Mel Gibson’s face told conservatives everything they needed to hear about smug liberal Streep. Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman, however, shocked his Hollywood liberal friends by making a surprising announcement.

During the course of the campaign, the star of The Shawshank Redemption and an Oscar winner for Milllion Dollar Baby was, like his friends, a Hillary Clinton supporter. He even recorded voice-overs for a campaign ad for the disgraced former Secretary of State.

It’s funny, however, what an effect being a winner has on people. Now that Donald Trump won the election and is in the seat of power in the White House. Morgan Freeman’s tune has changed completely. He was recently interviewed by AARP and he told them that, unlike his fellow Hollywood celebs, “I’m not scared.”

Continued Morgan, “I’m holding out hope that Donald Trump has to be a good president. He can’t not be. What I see is a guy who will not lose.” Are you happy that Trump now has Morgan Freeman’s vote of confidence?
