Melania Trump Delivers Heartwarming Message To US Military Members, And Visits Their Children

First Lady Melania Trump gave a heartwarming message to U.S. military members Friday about their contribution in the aftermath of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

“Every child whose parent serves in our great military should be enormously proud because your mom or dad is a true American hero,” The First Lady said. “In the wake of two devastating hurricanes, the world has witnessed your courage and compassion. And you have made every American proud.”

Here is part of her speech:

She said all the right things.

And even though her speech was powerful, her actions spoke for themselves. She met with U.S. military members’ kids at Joint Andrews Air Force base. Here are some pictures of her encounter:

She said the time spent with their children was precious.

And earlier she also showed her support for Florida and Irma victims.

Love Melania, so classy and kind to everyone. Good to see such a nice First Lady in the White House after 8 years. She is a breath of fresh air and devoted to the American People, not like the previous one.

How nice. Thank you GIs for your help. The troops always like hearing from the Commander in Chief, but to hear from the First Lady Of The United States (FLOTUS) has to be super special.
